Property Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please review and follow these property rules.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM onwards
  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)
  • Early check-in/late check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges
  • ID Verification: Valid government-issued ID required at check-in

Guest Conduct

  • Respect quiet hours between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM
  • No smoking inside the property
  • No parties or events without prior approval from the host
  • Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded
  • Treat the property and neighbors with respect

Pets Policy

No pet allowed

Safety & Security

  • Keep doors and windows locked when leaving the property
  • Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized persons
  • Report any safety concerns immediately to the host
  • Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures
  • Do not tamper with smoke detectors or security systems

Property Care

  • Keep the property clean and tidy during your stay
  • Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately
  • Use appliances and facilities as intended
  • Dispose of trash properly in designated areas
  • Leave the property in the same condition as you found it

Additional Guests

  • Only registered guests are allowed on the property
  • Additional guests or visitors must be approved by the host in advance
  • Additional charges may be added for the additional guest

Violations

Violation of property rules may result in:

  • Immediate termination of your stay without refund
  • Additional charges for damages or cleaning
  • Removal from the property
