To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please review and follow these property rules.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM onwards
- Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)
- Early check-in/late check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges
- ID Verification: Valid government-issued ID required at check-in
Guest Conduct
- Respect quiet hours between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM
- No smoking inside the property
- No parties or events without prior approval from the host
- Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded
- Treat the property and neighbors with respect
Pets Policy
No pet allowed
Safety & Security
- Keep doors and windows locked when leaving the property
- Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized persons
- Report any safety concerns immediately to the host
- Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures
- Do not tamper with smoke detectors or security systems
Property Care
- Keep the property clean and tidy during your stay
- Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately
- Use appliances and facilities as intended
- Dispose of trash properly in designated areas
- Leave the property in the same condition as you found it
Additional Guests
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property
- Additional guests or visitors must be approved by the host in advance
- Additional charges may be added for the additional guest
Violations
Violation of property rules may result in:
- Immediate termination of your stay without refund
- Additional charges for damages or cleaning
- Removal from the property
