Refund Policy

Note: This refund policy applies only to refundable bookings. Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

Payment refunds will be processed according to the following guidelines:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after cancellation
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for reservation
  • Service fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the host (owner of this site) cancels the reservation
  • In case of early check-out, no refund will be provided for unused nights

Our Cancellation

If we cancel your confirmed booking for any reason:

  • You will receive a full refund including all fees (if applicable)
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after cancellation
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for reservation

Special Circumstances

In cases of extenuating circumstances (natural disasters, medical emergencies, etc.), please contact us directly. We will review your case and may provide exceptions to our standard cancellation policy.

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to "My Bookings"
  3. Select the booking you wish to cancel
  4. Click "Cancel Booking" and follow the prompts
